Pugliese-style 290 g
It has a white color, with a smooth and supple texture, and a sweet, buttermilk and compact flavor. With an oval form, and a light, smooth and lucid skin, with a fluffy and ocellated mold, within which it holds a buttermilk liquid.
It has a yellowish to straw color due to the brine effect, in which it is dipped after the forming phase. It is individually packaged in a heat sealed bag without any brine.
