Smoked mozzarella
The fiordilatte mozzarellas (125 g and 300 g), once formed, are placed in a special oven and smoked. In this way they take on their characteristic golden-brown colour and acquire an intense but at the same time sweet and delicate taste. These products are ideal for enriching appetising salads, but also on their own as an aperitif or snack, or for pizzas and panzerotti.
