Our classic, artisanal mozzarella, made according to tradition; pearl- white in color, it has a smooth and supple texture, and a sweet, compact flavor with hints of buttermilk. The fiordilatte is the softest mozzarella in our hand-crafted production line.
This product contains a low amount of salt. Given the particular product structure, you can add salt before eating it.
Pasteurized cow’s Milk , salt, rennet, milk enzymes. No preservatives.
Allergens: Milk and products thereof, lactose and milk proteins.
